This Privacy Policy explains how OfferMeDiscounts.com ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and SMS messaging program.

Information We Collect

• Phone number — collected when you submit it to receive a discount code, or when you text our number directly.
• Verification status — whether you've confirmed a one-time code sent to your number.
• Email address — optional, and only if you choose to give it when saving your preferences. It is used to send you a copy of codes you've unlocked, never sold or shared, and you can leave it blank without losing any functionality.
• Engagement history — which deals/categories you've been sent, used to avoid repeat offers and improve deal matching.
• Site usage — which pages and deals you view, and how far you get through the process of unlocking a code. This is measured with a random identifier stored in your own browser, plus the campaign or referring site you arrived from. We use our own measurement rather than a third-party analytics service, so this information is never shared with or sold to anyone, and it is not used to track you across other websites. Clearing your browser storage removes the identifier and starts a new one.

We do not collect names, payment information, or precise location through this Service.

How We Use Your Information

• To send one-time verification codes and personalized discount offers via SMS.
• To select which deal is most relevant to you.
• To honor opt-out (STOP) requests and maintain compliance records.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following processors to operate the Service. They receive only the data needed to perform their function and do not use it for their own marketing purposes:

• Twilio — delivers SMS messages and verification codes on our behalf.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — used to select relevant deals and generate SMS message text. Your phone number is not sent to Anthropic; only deal details and engagement category data are used.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell or rent your phone number or engagement data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention & Opt-Out

We retain your phone number and engagement history for as long as needed to operate the Service. Replying STOP to any message opts you out of future texts; we retain a record of the opt-out itself to ensure we don't message you again, as required by carrier and TCPA rules.

Your Choices

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or request removal of your data by emailing us at the address below.
